The Guided Personal Training by Body Shepherd plan is for those who just want to be guided through all 4 programs of the Body Shepherd Training System, and have them tailored to accommodate your specific body and health history.
We kick-off your journey with a call or video conference where I will go through a series of Health History questions, as well as learning from you about your history with exercise and food.
I will talk you through Week 1 of the Full Body program, answer your questions, and set a time and day for our next check-in. This will be the format for each weekly check-in call.
Your plan can be edited as we go along, based on our weekly check-in call. Is one exercise hurting somehow? We change it. Do you need different exercises? We’ll edit it. Need more challenge because the plan is too easy? We will tailor this for you.
You also get full access to me via texting + Apple Watch Activity accountability for those who use one.
We will also work through the Body Shepherd General Nutrition Guide, which, when combined with your custom training plan, will cause you to lose body fat.
