I have just finished my 12th week of Body Shepherd training. I lost 30 lbs, 4 belt holes, and a fear of fitness.
I have gained strength, flexibility, and commitment.
Dan Crask has been the best personal trainer. At first, I wasn’t so sure that remote raining would work, but it’s exactly what I needed. Dan creates workouts that I can easily access on my phone at the gym and as a beginner he takes all the confusion out of exercise. I don’t have to try to “learn” what exercises do what and why. I don’t question “am I getting a full body workout?” and I know that he is working muscle groups in the correct order.
I don’t have a lot of time in the morning, only one hour, and Dan has created a program that not only fits my schedule, but it is designed specifically to meet my fitness goals.
Most of all, I love the compassionate and sincere accountability. Many times I tried to quit and give up, but Dan always had a way of encouraging me and not making me feel guilty, “I have been there, I know what you are going through” he will say. Yet at the same time, he can be necessarily strict and to the point like a true accountability partner must be.
I cannot say enough good things about the Body Shepherd program. Anyone that is looking to get into the gym, get fit, and doesn’t have access to personal trainer or is a beginner that needs affordable coaching – Body Shepherd is for you!
